First time trying dumplings and they were amazing! They did take longer than the rest of the food to come out, as we were told by the waitress and on the menu that they take 15 mins. So you know they're fresh! We tried the SamSum dumplings, which went perfectly with the chili sauce. I got the shrimp spicy cumin. It was very flavorful and accompanied by delicious noodles. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that they're made in house. My husband tried the spicy noodle soup with tofu, which was very delicious. Our waitress was fun and definitely kept up on our drink refills and was very pleasant. I loved the atmosphere too. The rope lights were really cool! Never seen anything like it.

Tried about 6 different things on the menu and everything was fantastic. Definitely get the dumpling combination and XLB combination at least. If they have the fried cheesecake bao, have some for dessert! It was SOOO good!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Southside Dumpling Haus absolutely delivers! Stopped in for dinner and ended up falling in love with the place. The star of the night was the pulled noodles with walnut shrimp — unbelievably delicious. The noodles were fresh and springy, and the walnut shrimp had that perfect combo of sweet, crunchy, and savory. Easily one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. For appetizers, we tried the spicy edamame and the cream cheese wontons, and both were a hit. The edamame had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor, and the wontons were crisp, creamy, and seriously addictive. Service was friendly, food came out fast, and everything tasted like it was made with care. If you’re anywhere near the area, Southside Dumpling Haus is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Southside Dumpling Haus! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast, but what really made the visit special was our server, Casper. He was super attentive, friendly, and had amazing recommendations. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a good time. The dumplings were perfect, the portions were generous, and the vibe of the place is cozy and welcoming. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in CCTX. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out — and be sure to ask for Casper!

Every. Single. Dish. DELICIOUS. The best cucumber salad we have EVER had! Edmamme was perfectly done. I had Hawaiian fried rice with Tofu! Beautiful balance of sweet and savory! Clean, attractive, welcoming dining space. Staff is incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind! This is our new FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT IN CORPUS! They even let us bring in our dog while we ate! We can't wait to visit again!
